When perusing any listing, these houses have the term FSBO against them which abbreviates for sale by owner. If however you only want to avoid a buyer realtor and not a seller realtor you can check for all kinds of houses listed and not FSBO only.

Once acquainted with the above tools, you can now start house hunting. Check for advertisements in the dailies and Craig lists. Both have houses advertised to be sold on a daily basis giving you a wide range of houses to look at. Finding a good home in such listings simply requires patience and persistence.

Alternatively, you can go directly to the website of a reputed real estate company. On the website, you will browse house available through a simple algorithm provided. Fill in according to your preference and the search engine will do the rest for you.
