Imagine being on the opposite side of the globe only to get complaints from employees that the cheques are late or that the necessary statutory payments have not been made. That would be very inconvenient, to say the least. One should go for a company that prides itself on reliability. One must be able to trust that everything will be taken care of on time because that is the norm.

Financial information is very sensitive. If it gets into the wrong hands, it could be detrimental to the company. The payroll information is private to the company and employees. The firm should maintain confidentiality, transparency, and integrity.
