These fees are due whether the realtors are transacting business by closing transactions on behalf of buyer and seller clients and receiving commission checks. Associated fees include licensee, regional realty association and errors and omission insurance types.

Real estate agents are professional licensed specialists who must be affiliated with real estate brokerage business entities in order to practice their specialty.
